Pre-Training Survey Questions

Let’s use the case of a 4-week intro to mindfulness meditation course.

Determining a “before” metric is essential to prove the success of the program. The good news is, there are tons to choose from!

Best practices regarding stress indicators in the workplace already exist, so no need to reinvent the wheel here.

Post-Training Survey Questions

Let’s use the case of a 4-week intro to meditation course again.

Make sure to measure the exact same question(s) from your pre-survey if possible! By asking the exact same questions you will be able to see real improvements in those indicators.

You may choose to ask a few qualitative questions as well.

This feedback will be very helpful in making a business case to continue the programming.
