Twello Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Corporate life happens, sometimes right on top of your wellness day!

Here’s a our policy that respects your team’s reality.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation more than five (5) business days before the event → 50% refund.
  • Cancellation five (5) business days or fewer before the event → no refund (loss of funds).

We prepare content and reserve facilitator time in advance. These timelines keep things fair if plans change.

Rescheduling

You’ve built the perfect wellness week, invites are out… and then leadership schedules a town hall on top of it. We get it! Here’s how tp handle those curveballs:

  • Rescheduling more than five (5) business days before the event → first reschedule is complimentary. Any additional reschedules incur a $100 fee.
  • Rescheduling five (5) business days or fewer before the event → $250 fee.

Not fully sure on dates yet? Book your best estimate, there’s one complimentary reschedule if plans shift.

Credit Validity

All purchased sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Quick FAQ

What counts as a business day?

Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Timing follows the time zone in your agreement; if not specified, Twello’s local time applies.

Can we transfer credits to another team or date?

Yes—within the 12-month window and subject to availability. Your account manager can help with scheduling.

How do we request a reschedule?
Email your Twello contact or reply to your booking confirmation with preferred new date/time. We’ll confirm the complimentary change or apply the relevant fee.
Does this page replace our contract?

No—this is a friendly summary. If anything here conflicts with your signed Statement of Work, the SOW governs.
