Ooof. Onsite wellness program pricing is all over the map.
Most providers charge per-person rates, anywhere from $70 to $200 PER employee, PER session. Which can add up fast and make budgeting tricky.
A few others (like Twello!) offer a flat-rate model, where pricing is a flat rate at different tiers such as 0-100 attendees, 101-500, and 500+.
At Twello, we’re big fans of a flat-rate model and so are our clients. Flat-rate models offer a more predictable option with less overhead for the organizing committee. ESPECIALLY organization committees of 1, as they so often are.
