Meditation is the practice.
It’s a structured exercise (like guided breathing, body scans, grounding exercises, or sound baths) that helps your brain and nervous system reset.Mindfulness is the skill.
It’s the ability to stay aware, focused, and regulated during real-life moments like back-to-back meetings, emails, stressful deadlines, or tough conversations.
Many of our classes include a blend of both because they work best together. Employees learn the mindfulness framework and then apply it using a meditation practice.
